Smoothie Goodness

Starting to eat healthier, and with that comes new and fun ideas for what I put in my body.So smoothies are my new fun and healthy breakfast. For now it is what I'll eat for breakfast 5 days out of the week.
There are so many simple and easy recipes for blending a good and healthy smoothy.
I chose regular Greek yogurt, frozen blue berries and strawberry/bananas, and spinach.(I didn't buy the low fat yogurt, it had twice as many grams of sodium, more calories, and sugar.)
In my blender I scooped about 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, a cup of blue berries, and 1/2 cup of strawberry bananas. Next was a small handful of fresh spinach and a splash of milk. After blending it all together I just poured it in a glass and added a purple straw. :) Very good and very filling.
