Dinner made right

I've been learning a lot of little tricks to cooking since watching 'The Chew.'
This particular one is saving a bit of your pasta water that you used for boiling your pasta for the base of your sauce.
Remember to add salt while boiling your pasta and cook it just a minute short of 'el dente.' That's what I did last night while making shrimp and pasta. I put some of that water in a sauce pan and that's what I cooked my shrimp in. I then added about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, onions (less than half a small onion,) and garlic(2 cloves) that I had sauteed in another saucepan. Whenever I saute I hands down always use a bit of butter and olive oil.
After that all came together I threw in a handful of pearl size mozzarella balls, a heaping tablespoon of parsley, and good dash of chilli flakes.
I put some aside for Isabelle with out the chilli flakes. It was so good!
And hey if you don't like sea food, add chicken.
