Bread Bread Bread!

I am feeling like I am in a rut with being a SAHM. As the girls get bigger I feel like I need to start stepping up my game. So today I made some bread. MMMM, the house still smells amazing. And the little devil and angel on my shoulder are arguing right now because I want to go eat more! This weekend we purchased some some farm fresh butter, I spread a bit on this bread and shut the front door it is good! I spread olive oil on the bottom of the pan and sprinkled a light dusting of sea salt. In the one loaf I mixed in parsley, oregano, and basil. I then o.o.'d the top of the bread before baking it and added those same seasonings to the top. DELICIOUS! The Second loaf is a regular white loaf of bread. I just o.o'd the bottom of the pan put the loaf in, after it raised a bit I brushed it with butter and baked it. So there it is in a nutshell. The house smells great. I feel like I did something more productive. Isabelle did help in the making of this...She has to learn too. :) I know I need to work on my bread making skills but the bread still takes good.
